Playback singer Jubin Nautiyal has spoken about ‘Samjho Na’, his romantic track from the upcoming film ‘The Vvaan – Force of the Forrest’, saying the song reflects the tender, innocent side of love.
The music video marks the first on-screen pairing of Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia, offering audiences a first proper look at the romance woven into the film’s larger folklore-fantasy world. The song is composed and produced by Tanishk Bagchi, with lyrics penned by Manoj Muntashir, and features vocals by Jubin Nautiyal alongside Suvarna Tiwari.
Speaking about the track, Jubin said ‘Samjho Na’ carries a beautiful innocence and emotion that he connected with instantly, adding that Tanishk’s melody and Manoj’s heartfelt words bring out the tenderness of love in a way that made the song a joy for him to record. He said Sidharth and Tamannaah’s on-screen chemistry gives the song an added freshness, and expressed hope that it becomes a track audiences hold close to their hearts.
The song was launched at a music event in Mumbai on September 3, where Sidharth, Tamannaah and Jubin came together to unveil it. During the celebration, Jubin performed the number live while Sidharth joined in with a playful, unscripted lip-sync moment alongside him, adding to the evening’s energy. The song has already been drawing strong viewership online since its release.
‘The Vvaan – Force of the Forrest’ also stars Sunil Grover, Manish Paul, Shweta Tiwari and Sonii Annup. The film is written by Arunabh Kumar and directed by Deepak Mishra, with Manu Anand serving as director of photography and visual director. It is presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, in association with TVF and 11.11 Production, and produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Niraj Kothari, with Vimal Doshi as co-producer. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on September 25.
